You never know how many articles come up online with how to care for teak floor and provide no real information on what to use to clean the floor. We installed our entire upper floor with teak bought from Build Direct and still happy with the purchase. We have a very active dog and the wear is minimal. Thanks!

Warranty over radiant heat will as you mentioned depend on the stability of the wood but also on what the supplier is willing to cover. It is always best to check warranty with the supplier as what one company will cover may differ from another.
