Hi Paula,

Thank you for getting in touch! Unfortunately that is not a floor we carry at this time. Good luck on the search!

Hi Aila,

Unfortunately we are not familiar with which local stores will have this available. We don’t have any available at this time either. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

I live in the St Petersburg – Tampa, Florida area. Please advise a dealer with this flooring in stock. Thanks in advance for your help. Both my entire homes have marbau flooring and this order is to replace wood that was water damaged.

we were recommended to use Bona Kemi on them

We vacuum, dust and then mop them weekly with Bona Kemi;
my husband for years did not chantge the dirty microfiber cloth with kit;
now he still mops them, with a dry to damp cloth
but immediately after I can take a Swiffer Dry cloth and it is covered with dog (doberman) hair and dirt;
and even the areas where the dog does not go. it is still the same story

What is wrong???
and how do I get my floors clean; because Bona is not cheap, and neither is our time.;and
it is useless to keep “cleaning” yet they remain dirty;
the luster is still there

but they are dirty

pleasae offer advice as to what to do..
thank you

I am working in a woodworking company in Indonesia, and we use merbau as our main wood material. Yes, the bleeding came from the wood itself, that’s the unique characteristic of merbau wood. It will bleed even though it has been felled/cut for years if made contact with water, until you apply finishing on its surface.

After erecting the same wood for outer elevation, we had a rain fall and all wooden strips started bleeding dark beet root colour along with water and it remained continued for 3 consecutive days but the intensity of the colour didn’e fade.

I would like to know what is the problem, is it wood itself or staining done externally by the supplier?

revert back at the earliest, as we are going to use same wooden strips for flooring and ceiling for a room near swimming pool
